We've designed the Special K Confidence Challenge to be as simple as possible but thought you might appreciate having a few hints and encouragement to help you along the way. The Personal Progress Planner will give you a way of monitoring your progress throughout the 2-week Challenge. Just print it out, keep it with you and remember to fill it out as you go along!
